ALG agents have long understood the concept of teamwork from the very onset of our company's infancy. Teamwork is required to successfully navigate the complexities of the real estate market activities. Our office exemplifies teamwork in action. The majority of our listings are co-brokered with another agent in the office. The rationale is that we cover more ground with two professionals working on your behalf because each offers a diverse business and personal sphere of influences. The net worth of clients and contacts are larger and the energy toward selling your property is twofold. You, the client, receive two for the price of one! Now that's a deal!

Teamwork can also be found in many processes dealing with real estate – this is not new for us. The private and public sector will often team up together if both parties are congruent with the outcome of certain said real property. A Tax Allocated District (known as a TAD) is one such example with a teamwork focus. ALG is currently marketing property in the city of Atlanta, Fulton Street, on behalf of the seller in this unique teamwork process. A TAD is a mechanism by which a portion of the annual property tax increase from each year of the assessed property value are allocated to infrastructure improvements – roads, sewer, parks, sidewalks, etc. – within that identified district.
